Collaboration with Dutch poet Joost Oomen, for a traveling exhibition on the relation between language and image.
Inspiration for the project was the iconic poetry collection Bezette Stad by author Paul van Ostaijen and artist Oscar Jespers.
Joost wrote a couple of short poems, cheerful and surreal, which I translated into lettering pieces with a psychedelic flavour.
The shortest poem was animated by Wes Nijssen.
One of the artworks was turned into a limited edition A2 riso print.
