‘Arrière-pensée’ is French for 'afterthought'. It’s also an art space in Ghent, Belgium for which I designed the logo. Since the space is all about making room for experiments I decided to do something intuitive and a bit abstract. I painted on the windows with drip markers and added the name and tagline on the entrance door.
Originally meant as a temporary intervention to celebrate the launch, the owners decided to keep it on the windows permanently, and use it as their logo.
